AR Manufacturing

The S15 and S10, our own AR-15 and AR-10 rifles, built from stripped lower to complete firearm.

We have manufactured our own firearms since receiving our Type 07 manufacturing license in 2020. The S15 (AR-15) and S10 (AR-10) are available as a stripped lower or a complete rifle, built with the parts you specify and finished to your preference.

Start with a serialized, engraved receiver and build the rest yourself.

Specced-out build

Choose the parts you want and we assemble the rifle to your specification.

The S15

About our AR-15 lowers

S15 lowers and uppers begin as 7075-T6 Cerro forgings and are then milled. From there they are engraved and either prepared for Cerakote or anodized.

All anodizing is now a MIL-A-8625, Type III, Class 2 black finish. Over the years we have worked with more than one anodizing company, so earlier receivers may show slight variations in color and hardness.

Gen 2 improvements

  • Threaded bolt catch roll pin. Simplifies bolt catch installation and virtually eliminates the chance of damaging the finish. Pin included; a 1/16″ hex key is required for assembly.
  • Upper tension screw. A nylon-tipped set screw in the grip tang lets you fine-tune the fit between the upper and lower for a tight fit with any standard AR-15 upper.
  • Threaded takedown pin detent recess. Install the detent and spring with a 4-40 set screw, with no more launching detents across the room.

The S10

About our AR-10 lowers and uppers

S10 lowers and uppers are machined from 7075-T6 aircraft-grade billet aluminum, tumbled in ceramic media and blasted, ready for coating. They can be sent out for anodizing or finished in Cerakote.

  • Compatible with all standard DPMS .308 components and most aftermarket parts
  • Accepts any MILSPEC .308 dust cover and forward assist
